Our Origins
Hummismilerc began as a humble pursuit of the perfect morning ritual. Frustrated by over-roasted, commercialized coffee, we sought to return to the roots of the bean.
We spent years studying under master roasters, learning how heat, airflow, and time interact with the cellular structure of a coffee seed. Today, our roastery is a sanctuary for those who appreciate quiet luxury and intentional living.

Great coffee is grown, not made. We partner directly with farmers and cooperatives in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala who share our commitment to sustainable agriculture.
